Process
How an engagement works.
Project-based. Build and hand off. No retainer required. No surprises on timeline or budget. You own everything at the end.
The four stages
Discovery
We learn your operation — what you have, what is broken, and what success looks like. One or two focused sessions. No fluff, no lengthy onboarding questionnaire.
Scope
We define exactly what we will build, what it will cost, and what the timeline is. You see and approve the full scope before we write a single line of code. No surprises.
Build
We build it. You have real visibility throughout — not weekly status emails, but actual working software you can see and test at every milestone.
Handoff
You receive a fully running system, complete documentation, and everything needed to operate it independently. You own the code, the data, and all infrastructure.
What you own at the end
- ·All source code — no black box, no proprietary lock-in
- ·All data and database — your Supabase instance, your records
- ·All infrastructure config — Vercel, hosting, env vars
- ·Full documentation — how everything works, how to maintain it
- ·No ongoing licensing fees to Prosperitas Group
Common questions
How long does a typical project take?
Most projects take 8 to 16 weeks from scope approval to handoff, depending on complexity. A foundational business operating system typically takes 8 to 10 weeks. A full AI-first rebuild takes 14 to 20 weeks. Timeline is defined and agreed before we start.
What do I own at the end?
You own everything — all source code, all data, all infrastructure configuration, and full documentation. There are no ongoing licensing fees to Prosperitas Group.
Do you require a retainer?
No. Every engagement is project-based. You pay for a defined scope of work. No retainer, no lock-in.
What happens if something breaks after handoff?
We offer an optional 90-day post-launch stability window. During that window we fix any issues related to the build at no additional cost.
