Prosperitas Group provides custom software development, AI system development, platform migration, and related consulting services. All project engagements are governed by a separate Statement of Work (SOW) that specifies scope, timeline, deliverables, and payment terms. These Terms of Service govern use of our website and initial inquiry process. The SOW governs the actual project engagement.
3. Website Use
This website is provided for informational purposes and to facilitate project inquiries. You may not use this website to submit false or misleading information, attempt to access systems or data not intended for you, or engage in any activity that interferes with the website's operation.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — copy, design, code, and case study descriptions — is the property of Prosperitas Group LLC. Custom software built for clients is governed by the intellectual property provisions in the applicable SOW. As a general practice, clients receive full ownership of all custom code and systems built for them upon final payment.
5. Confidentiality
Information you share during the inquiry and project process is treated as confidential. We do not share client information, project details, or business data with third parties without your explicit consent. We will not publicly reference your business as a client without your permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
Prosperitas Group's liability for any claim arising from website use or service engagement is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Washoe County, Nevada, or through binding arbitration as agreed in a project SOW.
